Shipping Destinations and Processing

Order Processing Times
All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays (UK public holidays).

If We are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email.

Shipping Destinations
We ship internationally with a primary focus on Spain. We also ship to the United Kingdom and other select countries worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us to confirm availability.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and the weight of the package.

  • Estimated delivery time (International - including Spain): 6-10 business days after dispatch.

  • Estimated delivery time (United Kingdom): 2-5 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these are estimates only. Customs processing, carrier delays, or other events outside our control may cause additional delays. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or shipping carriers.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours of dispatch.

Kokanishop is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (such as tariffs, taxes, or customs clearance fees) are the responsibility of the customer. Damages
Kokanishop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If You received Your Order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
